Hey all,

It's my pleasure to welcome you here, and I thank you for coming. I'll keep this introduction brief so that you can continue on your day.

I started this blog site mainly because of the draining effects of social media. Having all these companies owning creative rights to my thoughts doesn't sit very well with me. Now that I created this site, you'll see me as being curious, wrong, existential, inspirational, aggressive, and perhaps vulnerable.

Why alternative reason? I've always had such an anti-majority/popular opinion - being so critical to what's obvious. I often ask, "How do we know if whatever is obvious is ever a good option and that we aren't blinded by some underlying factor?" I love exploring what we don't know and finding reasons for why those could possibly be better options than what is blatant, clear, and self-evident. Just going along with whatever everyone thinks, to me, just seems lazy and could possibly lead us to hodge-podge solutions. To get approval on any alternative thoughts, you must be willing to think critically, creatively and provide some level of understanding of your audience - and that's hard work.

You might ask, but doesn't that make you a contrarian? Very much so! In fact, that is the definition of a contrarian. There are tons of negative connotations for being one, such as: being selfish, pretentious, attention-seeker, ego-raiser, etc. After all, the side-effect is the uniqueness of our opinion to the popular opposition. Although I can come across as any of those negative personas, I'll make the request to you to trust that I say what I say for the sake of balance and insight.

On the same note, however, I will make it a point to be on the same emotional level as everyone else to understand the reasoning of what's obvious. I hope, after reading any of my posts, that you can gain something positive because I do believe that I can make the world better in some way. Maybe once you become super successful, you can perhaps give a little nod to me - or not.

Anyways, thanks for reading, and good luck in that worldly jungle we all live in!

-Sultan
